This new pre-construction residential tower in Sunny Isles Beach will feature a car elevator that will drop your car off your unit. Bentley Motors has partnered with Dezer, a renowned developer known for its ultra-luxury residences, to create this one-of-a-kind building.
Dezer has made a name for itself in the luxury real estate market by developing some of the most prestigious towers in Sunny Isles Beach, including Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa. Spanning 61-stories, Bentley Residences has units ranging from 5,500 to 6,000 square feet. Prices start at $4.2 million and go up to $50 million for the penthouse units.
The project is currently in pre-construction and is expected to be completed in 2026. Sieger Suarez Architects has incorporated the Bentley brand within the building’s design, from the signature Bentley walnut wood to the diamond-shaped glass and panels.
Chris Cooke, the brand’s Product and Lifestyle Design Manager emphasized the importance of creating a seamless link between the Bentley Motors brand and the Bentley Residences.
Sustainability was also taken into consideration as Bentley Residences adheres to the guidelines set by the Florida Green Building Council and other environmental regulations which protect the local environment and local wildlife.
Each unit will also have a private terrace and its own pool, which overlooks the ocean. The most remarkable feature, however, is the car garage. Dezer Development has outfitted elevators known as “Dezervators” that will transport residents’ vehicles to parking spaces next to their units.
In addition to the car elevator, Bentley Residences will also have a slew of amenities that will make living there a truly luxurious living experience. These include a 24-hour concierge and valet, a fitness center and spa, a private movie theater, a wellness spa, a game room with a pool table, a cigar lounge, and a restaurant.
